To develop and grow SADAFCO’s export business in designated regions. Identify and address short term and medium term strategic needs, threats and opportunities in relation to SADAFCO’s export sales within the assigned regions. To select, acquire and develop a network of distributors in the regions, to increase penetration and to drive profitable sales with maximum cost efficiencies and within approved credit limits, policy and procedures.
